In order to gain not-for-profit status, ALLA NSW needs to pass a special resolution inserting some mandatory clauses to be registered as a not-for-profit organisation into the Rules. More specifically, we need to outline our aims and objectives, as well as insert a clause allowing for the dissolution and winding up of the organisation.
This will be proposed and discussed at a Special General Meeting at the Law Courts Library (Level 15, Law Courts Building, 184 Phillip St, Sydney, NSW, 2000) on Friday 5th September 2014 at 5:30pm. Please come along to discuss this special resolution and then stay for a drink and a chat.
