On 11th June, Wolters Kluwer editor Rufina Cheung will provide an update on the latest developments in Australian copyrightand online piracy. Rufina will discuss: the two recent Dallas Buyers Club cases where the court helped copyright owners identify BitTorrent downloaders:Dallas Buyers Club LLC v iiNet Limited  FCA 317, and the follow up case, Dallas Buyers Club LLC v iiNet Limited (No 3)  FCA 422 the online piracy code, and the website blocking bill.
