In an ever shrinking world, there is increasing need for members of the law library profession to possess expertise in both Australian and foreign law, particularly that of the countries of the Asia Pacific. ALLA NSW has invited Vivienne Bath to provide an overview of Chinese Law, including the availability of sources of Chinese Law for Australian legal practitioners.
Vivienne Bath is Professor of Chinese and International Business Law at the University of Sydney.
